- 3.0 cup quick oats
- 1.0 cup peanut butter
- 0.5 cup honey
- 0.5 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Yep, it’s that easy! Place all of the ingredients into a bowl, and once you’ve added everything, give it a good stir to combine.
- Chill for a bit. Now that you’ve got the mix together, pop the mixture into the fridge for about 30 minutes. This makes it easier to shape later. Plus, it’s a great excuse to get outside and go for a walk while you wait!
- Shape ‘Em Up: Time to remove the mixture from the bowl. Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. About the size of a walnut should do. Just a warning, this stuff makes your fingers sticky! So, to prevent sticking, dip your fingers into some water from time to time.
-  Roll, Set, Go!: Place the bites 1 to 2 inches apart on a tray or container and refrigerate for another hour or until they’re firm. Or, if you’re like me, sneak one (or three) before they’re completely set.
